1.) Shipping Method:

• We entrust the shipping of our products solely to Royal Mail, ensuring reliable and secure deliveries to addresses across the UK.         

2.) Next Day Delivery Cut-off Time:

• To avail yourself of our Next Day Delivery service, kindly ensure your order is placed before 11:00 AM on business days (Monday to Thursday). Orders submitted after this cut-off time will be processed on Monday.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

3.) Delivery Timeframe:

• At Mellamunch, we prioritise expediency. All orders placed from Monday to Thursday are eligible for our Next Day Delivery service, guaranteeing swift receipt of your delectable treats.                                                                                                               

4.) Friday Orders:

• Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. We regret that Saturday deliveries are currently unavailable, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.     

                                                                          
5.) Order Processing Time:

• Efficiency is at the heart of our operations. Orders placed prior to the 11:00 AM cut-off time will be processed on the same business day, ensuring a swift dispatch and delivery process the following day.                                                                                                                                 

6.) Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are dynamically calculated during the checkout process, based on the weight of your order and the designated delivery address within the UK. Periodically, we may offer free shipping promotions, providing you with added value during select periods.  Small-to-medium sized orders cost £4.99 to ship next day. Larger orders have a fixed delivery fee of £9.99.                                                                                                                                                                                                     

7.) Tracking Information:

• Upon order dispatch, a comprehensive email will be sent to you, containing a unique tracking number. This number enables you to conveniently monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.         

                                                                
8.) Delivery Exceptions:

• While we strive to ensure seamless delivery, uncontrollable factors, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen postal delays, may occasionally impact delivery timeframes. Rest assured, we are committed to minimising any disruptions and keeping you informed of any such developments.     

9.) Failed Delivery Attempts:

• Should Royal Mail encounter any difficulties in delivering your package, such as an inaccurate address or the unavailability of the recipient, a delivery attempt notice will be provided. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange a redelivery or collection with Royal Mail in such circumstances.
